Cookie is a Golden Retriever with a docile nature and an appropriate tenderness, selected and trained to become the Service Dog of Gabriel – a boy with Congenital Muscle Disease.

 

Her job with the Marçal family is to enhance the autonomy of Gabriel, accompanying his needs and his growth phase, giving him support in the physical chores that he cannot do or that struggles in doing, at the same time that she strengthens ​ his confidence and self-esteem through their friendship.

 

After 6 months of specialized training, the delivery was carried out between December 14th and 20th​, with and intensive training of those in charge.
